In order to get unambiguious information about the calling party, I made
the following additions to the AT command set of the /dev/ttyI's:

AT+INNP
Set/read the prefix for national numbers.
This is displayed immediately before the calling party number.
Default: "00"

AT+INIP
Set/read the prefix for international numbers.
This is displayed immediately before the calling party number.
Default: "0"

AT+INPR
Set/read the string that will be output as calling party number
when the number was supressed.
Default: "0"

AT+INNA
Set/read the string that will be output as calling party number
when the number is not available.
Default: "0"

While introducing the above commands I also fixed a bug that prevented
more commands to appear after a +-command on the same line after a
semicolon.
This should work with +F, +V and +I commands.

INSTALLATION:

Go to the directory containing your kernel source, e.g. /usr/src and
type patch -p0 <ttyI.patch.
Then make a new kernel or new modules, depending on how you configured
it and install it.
Next you can start e.g. minicom and try the above commands.
If all is well, you can go and configure your applications to make use
of the new features.
